Stephan Busch is responsible as a partner for sales and IT law.
He advises small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries in the field of his expertise. In addition to trade and insurance, his focus is on the travel industry and tourism.
On the basis of his many years of experience in tourism as president of a federal association, he increasingly advises and represents companies from the tourism and travel industry in all national and European legal issues.
In addition to concepts of start-up and crowd-funding of companies, this diverse task also covers the embedding of complex trade, IT and sales law topics in structures in an ever-changing industry.
