As a partner in the field of energy and antitrust law, Lutz Becker advises national and international clients from almost all sectors and industries (e.g. automotive, construction/building materials, chemicals, energy, real estate, food, logistics, mechanical engineering, media, medical technology and steel). It assists them in proceedings before the competent supervisory authorities and courts, and currently strengthens them in antitrust fines and damages proceedings.
This mostly project-related representation regularly requires the processing of complex economic backgrounds and corresponding legal situations, in many cases even with a precedent character.
Lutz Becker is also often used by clients in internal investigations or audits to clarify and contain legally sensitive topics.
Based on his many years of experience, he also advises on company acquisitions, investor discussions and restructurings.
